We usually deliver immediately available items within 2-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This allows you to track the shipping status of your order online.

The shipping costs to the selected country will be displayed in the checkout. 

Here is an overview of some countries: 

Germany:

• - Orders under 60€: 4,90€
• - Orders over 60€: Free
• - Shipping with: GLS

Austria: 

• - Orders under 150€: 6,90€.
• - Orders over 150€: Free
• - Shipping with: GLS  

Switzerland: 

• - Orders under 250€: 30€
• - Orders over 250€: Free
• - Shipping with: UPS Express

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our customer service for this.

We ship our packages with GLS and UPS, depending on the delivery location and availability.

Currently we deliver to the countries Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

To arrange a return, please contact our customer service. We will send you all the necessary information.

Your money will usually be refunded in the same way as you paid us. If you pay by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card account. If you pay with PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.

The processing time of returns depends on various factors, such as the type of return and the method of payment. However, as a rule, processing does not take longer than 14 days.

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a return shipping label, which means that you will have to pay for the return shipping costs yourself.

You can return the items within 30 days after receiving the goods.
